Welcome! Thanks for your interest in the club.
Manchester Korfball Club is one of the largest and fastest growing korfball clubs in the North-West. The club currently fields four teams across local and regional competitions playing in the North West Korfball League and the Central England 1 League. The club is also Clubmark accredited (the Sport England mark of high quality). We train weekly during which new members are always welcome to join in (see "New Members" information). Training is run by experienced korfball players from within the club. The club also has a number of fully qualified referees of whom referee many of the league fixtures the club plays in.
As well as playing korfball and having fun, the club is also about making new friends and holds a number of socials throughout the year. The club also takes its community responsibilities seriously and frequently gets involved with local Schools to encourage juniors to get involved and to stay active. The club is a supporter of the NHS's Change4Life campaign which aims to get people to be active and stay healthy.
If you are interested in finding out more about the club, either contact us via the link above or (even better) come down to a training session to have a chat with one of the club members.
